Ever since my first visit to Chapin, SC I knew that I had found my ideal home. I found it to be very similar to the small town that I had grown up in. Since moving here in 2014 we have enjoyed every minute of it, Our kids have benefitted from the excellent public schools and have enjoyed all of the recreation that Lake Murray offers. South Carolina, in general, is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, from the amazing coastline to the majestic mountains of the Northwestern upstate there is something for everyone. Personally, I have found the fishing on Lake Murray amazing, please check out my Facebook page and my Youtube videos for regular updates.
The climate here is truly a 4 season area with extended Springs and Autumns and fairly mild winters with little or no snow. Summers are typically milder in the Upstate and more humid along the coast. In my time living here I have experienced some of the nicest stretches of weather in my life.
If collegiate sports is your thing, South Carolina is home to the Clemson Tigers and the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and many other teams from public and private universities.
Professionally, I have always been involved in the Real Estate and Residential Construction industry. My father, who was a mason from Germany that became a quality home builder, provided me with an incredible apprenticeship through my childhood and into adulthood. This experience and my education has provided me with a unique level of skills that my clients can use to their advantage both when listing a home for sale and when purchasing a new home. I am also a licensed home inspector.
I couldn't be happier with the place I call home and with my career as a full time Real Estate agent in SC since 2014.
